Cinco De Mayo 2019: Where To Find The Best Deals In Pittsburgh

Plenty of places want to help you celebrate Cinco de Mayo on May 5.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Cinco de Mayo this year falls on a Sunday, a day when people usually drink Bloody Marys at brunch rather than pounding down margaritas to celebrate the Mexican Army's improbable victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.

Perhaps that's why some places already have started Cinco de Mayo festivities and others will extend them further into May. Here are some of the deals you can get:


  • Bahama Breeze, Robinson: Through May 31, get $5 classic margaritas and $10 create your own premium tequila and rum flights.
  • Bar Louie, North Shore and The Waterfront: Select locations will be throwing “Cabo de Mayo" celebrations May 3 through May 5. They'll feature specials on shots of Sammy Hagar’s Santo Mezquila, as well as food and other drink specials varying by location. Check your local Bar Louie Facebook page for event details.
  • Chipotle, various locations: Get free delivery on all Chipotle orders $10 or more on Cinco de Mayo when you order from DoorDash or the Chipotle app. No promo code necessary.
  • Joe's Crab Shack, Station Square: Fiesta With Joe’s will include tacos, Patron margaritas and $20 buckets of Modelo especial.
  • Mad Mex, various locations: Offering a Boozy Breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon and all-day beer specials.
  • Moe’s Southwest Grill, Downtown, Robinson: Spend $10 when you order Moe’s via UberEats, and get a free

    HomeWrecker burrito with coupon code FREEFIESTA between May 2 and 5. If you're dining in, the first 50 people at each Moe’s location nationwide get a free T-shirt on May 5.
