Consumer Alert Issued For Pittsburgh-Area Fast Food Restaurant

The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for a suburban Pittsburgh eatery.

WILKINS TOWNSHIP, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen on William Penn Highway.

A recent inspection revealed no evidence of sanitizing due to a faulty dispenser. The restaurant was instructed to hand-mix sanitizer until the dispenser is repaired.

Inspectors also found a high-risk active roof leak running through an electrical box above the ware washing area on the dirty dish side of a three-bowl sink.
