Cranberry Concluding Swimming Season With Puppy Plunge

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - If you’re human, forget about using the township waterpark after the season ends on Labor Day. If you’re canine, you still can have fun there next weekend.

Cranberry’s Puppy Plunge returns for two sessions on September 9 - one from 9-11:30 a.m., the other from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The plunge will cost $5 per dog for township residents, $6 for nonresidents. Preregistration is recommended.

For admittance, each dog must be accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate documenting current rabies vaccination. Rabies tags alone are not sufficient. Aggressive dogs will not be allowed.

The fun for your dog won’t end with summer. The township will hold a Halloween costumed dog parade on October 14, a pet first aid and CPR workshop on November 18. Pet photos with Santa will occur December 3.
