Cranberry Square Annex Expanding

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Cranberry Square Annex along Route 19 is expanding, at least temporarily costing the area the trees that shaded the square. The shaded area enclosed the Pier One, Einstein’s Bagels and other businesses.

Owner Dominic Gigliotti is about to build a 4,000 square foot addition to the building currently housing Pier One and Total Hockey. He also plans to add a new 3,850-square foot building on the 3.5 acre property that reportedly will house a restaurant.

According to township officials Gigliotti plans to completely re-landscape the entire area, add several dozen parking spaces, a new access road to improve traffic in the area and add streetscape and pedestrian enhancements. Construction is slated to begin later this year.
