PITTSBURGH, PA — Two iconic Pittsburgh brands - Eat'n Park and Millie's Homemade Ice Cream - have teamed to offer four new ice cream flavors inspired by the restaurant chain's classic desserts. The ice cream is part of Eat'n Park's ongoing 75th anniversary celebration.

The flavors include:

  • Grilled Stickies: They have been devoured for breakfast, dessert and now the cinnamon-flavored treat with a rich honey smear has been folded into into Millie's signature vanilla ice cream.
  • Strawberry Pie: Available as a summer staple since 1954, Millie's version includes strawberry ice cream with a fold-in ripple of ruby red strawberry glaze with flakes of buttery pie crust.
  • Smiley Cookie: The legendary cookies are folded into a velvety ice cream freckled with vanilla beans and chunks of chewy, freshly baked cookies.
  • Pistachio Fluff: This favorite salad bar treat has now become a dairy-free gelato confection main event.

In June, the four flavors will be available at all Millie’s Scoop Shops, and pints of the Grilled Stickies and Smiley Cookie flavors will be available at select Pittsburgh-area Giant Eagle stores.
