Ex-Pittsburgh-Area Teacher Charged With Sex Crimes

PITTSBURGH, PA — A former teacher already charged with sex crimes may have harmed other minors, Allegheny County police said on Monday.
Police are seeking further information on Sean Dicer, 53, of Brackenridge, a former instructor in the Highlands School District. Dicer left the district in 2022.
On November 7, police received a ChildLine report regarding a juvenile male victim alleging he was sexually assaulted by Dicer in 2021.

While investigating that allegation, detectives identified a second juvenile male victim.
County Police filed multiple charges against Dicer on December 4 to include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor, and sexual extortion. Dicer is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
