Flooding Wreaking Havoc With Morning Rush Hour Commute
Numerous roads are closed because of high water. Find out here where they are.

PITTSBURGH, PA - The so-called bathtub portion of the Parkway East has been closed due to flooding. Traffic is being detoured around that portion of I-376 between Grant Street and the Fort Pitt Bridge.
Motorists have to take the Grant Street exit off of the Parkway, turn left onto Fort Pitt Boulevard and then bear left onto the westbound I-376 ramp toward Fort Pitt Bridge/Airport.
Also, PennDOT says the following state routes in Allegheny County are closed because of flooding:

- Freeport Road (Route 1001) between Powers Run Road and Boyd Avenue in O’Hara Township.
- Stewart Road / Berryman Avenue (Route 3011) between Brownsville Road and Stoltz Road in South Park Township.
- Boyce Road (Route 3006) between Hunting Ridge Road and Washington Road (Route 19) in South Fayette.
- Piney Fork Road (Route 3014) between Brownsville Road and Snowden Road in South Park Township.
- Baldwin Road/Streets Run Road (Route 2046) between Ramp Street in the City of Pittsburgh and Brentwood Road in Baldwin Borough.
- Route 51 southbound between Coal Valley Road in Pleasant Hills Borough and Wray Large Road in Jefferson Hills Borough.
Also, a single-lane closure of eastbound Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) between the Electric Avenue ramp and Center Street in East Pittsburgh will occur until further notice due to a slide above the roadway. Motorists should use caution in the area.
