The revered rock band will appear at PPG Paints Arena next summer.

PITTSBURGH, PA - One of the biggest bands in rock, the Foo Fighters, are extending their 2018 tour and will appear in Pittsburgh July 19 at PPG Paints Arena.
The tour dates, announced Monday, are in support of the Grammy Award-winning band’s new album, “Concrete and Gold,” which was released last month. Formed more than 20 years ago out of the ashes of Nirvana, Foo Fighters features former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear and Rami Jaffee.
Known for such hits as “Learn To Fly,” “Times Like These,” “Monkey Wrench and “I’ll Stick Around,” the Foo Fighters last appeared in Pittsburgh in 2015 at KeyBank Pavilion.
