These moves all have occurred since late April, when Bed Bath & Beyond declared bankruptcy in April and announced it would close its 360 locations across the country.

While Bed Bath & Beyond is finished as a bricks and mortar retailer, its brand name has been revived. Overstock.com, which purchased the company's intellectual property rights in June, has changed its name to Bed Bath & Beyond.
