PITTSBURGH, PA — In a frenzied finish to the campaign season, former presidents Donald Trump and Barack Obama will stump for candidates this weekend in the Pittsburgh area. Additionally, President Joe Biden will appear in Philadelphia with Obama to rally for Democratic U.S. Senate nominee John Fetterman and Democratic gubernatorial nominee Josh Shapiro.

The time and location of Obama's visit have not yet been disclosed. But those interested in attending the event have been directed to a link that shows a time frame between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday and a location in the Strip District.

Trump will appear at a rally for Fetterman's Republican opponent, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and GOP gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano, a Franklin County state senator, at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Westmoreland County. The time and location have not been disclosed.

The stakes are extremely high in the U.S. Senate race, where polls have shown Fetterman and Oz in a dead heat. Pennsylvania is seen as a seat capable off determining which political party controls the Senate.

In the governor's race, Shapiro has a large edge in the polls and in fundraising over Mastriano, a far-right candidate who appeared at the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol last year.
