Get Drunken Via Dunkin'? Pgh. Locales To Offer Spiked Beverages

Alcohol-laden versions of the chain's coffee and iced teas soon will be available.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Dunkin' is introducing spiked ice coffees and iced teas that will be available in 12 states - including Pennsylvania - later this month.

The beverages will be available in grocery and distributorships.

"The growing appetite for adult beverages inspired us to put a twist on our customers’ favorite Dunkin’ iced ccoffee, iced tea and refresher flavors," Brian Gilbert, the chain's president of retail deveopment said in a statement.

Dunkin’ Spiked Iced Coffee has an ABV of 6 percent, while the Spiked Ice Tea has an ABV of 5 percent.

Dunkin’ Spiked is launching in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Vermont.
