Goldfish Latest Crackers Recalled Because Of Salmonella Risk
The recall comes on the heels of a Ritz Crackers recall.

You might want to steer clear of most popular snack crackers for the time being. On the heels of Monday’s Ritz cracker sandwiches and Ritz Bits recall, Pepperidge Farms announced that is voluntarily recalling four types of Goldfish crackers for the same reason: a risk of salmonella.
Pepperidge Farms says it ingredient supplier for the whey powder included in some Goldfish crackers notified the company about possible contamination, and the crackers are being recalled “out of an abundance of caution.”
The Goldfish crackers involved in the recall include Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar, Flavor Blasted Sour Cream & Onion, Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheese and Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel.
