Hall & Oates last appeared together in Pittsburgh last June, when they performed with Tears for Fears. Oates made a solo stop here last week at the Club Cafe on the South Side, and he sang the national anthem before the Steelers playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Heinz Field.
