Hello Bistro Restaurant Chain Expanding, Hiring
A Pittsburgh-area location opens next month, while a State College location is on the way.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Hello Bistro, the fast-casual restaurant that is part of the Eat'n Park chain, will open next month in the Miracle Mile Shopping Center in Monroeville in the former Starbucks location.
The restaurant is known for its 55-item salad bar, burgers and grilled sandwiches. Orders can be placed at the counter and then delivered to the table, or placed online for easy pickup.
The Monroeville location will be Hello Bistro's seventh in southwestern Pennsylvania. The others are located in Downtown Pittsburgh, Oakland, South Side, McCandless and Pine and Upper St.Clair. Another one is located in Beachwood, Ohio. A State College location will debut in 2019.

The Monroeville location is hiring approximately 50 people and will host an employment open house from Oct. 27 through Oct. 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The restaurant is hiring for a variety of positions, including guest service, cooks, service utility and shift supervisors.
