Hello Bistro Chain Marks 10th Anniversary, Offers Diners Discounts
The Eat 'n Park-operated restaurant chain began with a single location in 2012. Now there are 10 locales.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Since the opening of its first location in Oakland in 2012, Hello Bistro has grown into a chain with a dozen locations in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. The restaurant plans to make the occasion of its 10th anniversary by offering its patrons discount dining opportunities.
Hello Bistro features the customization of salads and burgers, allowing diners to make their meal precisely how they want it to be.
“So much has changed around us in the past ten years, but at Hello Bistro, we have been able to build upon what guests love and evolve to meet their needs, leading to our new build your own burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches,”said Mercy Senchur, chief operating officer of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Restaurant Division, which owns the chain.
