Home Genius Exteriors Supports Pittsburgh Veterans Through VFW Post 6664 5K and Walk

Team members from Home Genius Exteriors joined VFW Post 6664 in Pittsburgh for a 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk supporting local veterans and veteran-focused initiatives.

The event included 14 participants from Home Genius Exteriors, 18 volunteer hours donated and helped raise more than $600 in donations. Additionally, Home Genius Exteriors employee and Marine veteran Braeden Korpusik earned a second-place finish in the race.

The event reflects the company’s broader Home Genius Cares initiative, which focuses on supporting veterans, strengthening local communities and creating meaningful opportunities for employees to give back. That includes partnering in Owens Corning Veteran Roof Deployment Project, a company wide Military Hiring Pledge, offering a standing 10% veteran discount, and empowering an employee-led community group Genius Vets.

Attendees included Co-Founder and Executive Vice President Brent Miller along with Care Captains Angel Clarke-Paulakos, a veteran, and Jeanna Jessup.
