Insomnia Cookies To Deliver To Your Doorstep

The growing Insomnia Cookies chain, which will open soon in Pittsburgh's South Side, will have extended delivery hours.

PITTSBURGH, PA - This business could be dangerous for dieters. Insomnia Cookies, which will open its first Pittsburgh location soon on the South Side, will deliver its baked goods direct to your door.

The chain, founded in a University of Pennsylvania dorm room in 2003, says it specializes in delivering warm, delicious treats right to the doors of individuals and companies alike. Most of Insomnia’s 90 locations deliver from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 3 a.m. on weekends.

The South Side Pittsburgh location will serve popular cookie flavors including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe. The requisite pint of cold milk can also be added to any order. Insomnia Cookies also serves and delivers cookie cakes and brownies with toppings such as sprinkles and cookie dough.

An opening date for the Insomnia Cookies store, which will be located at 1734 East Carson Street in a former East Coast Tanning salon, has not been announced.
