The local radio legend will return to the place he began his Pittsburgh career in 1968.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Jack Bogut is returning to his Pittsburgh radio roots for a day. He will co-host the KDKA-AM morning news on Jan. 7 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. after accepting an invitation to do so from morning show host Larry Richert.

"Larry and I go way back to when he was running the radio station at Clarion State College (University now) and we did a Children's Hospital Broadcast from a Savings and Loan Association window in downtown Clarion, PA," Bogut stated in a Facebook post. "He is one of the all time best and I'm honored to be nvited to join him for a day. Should be fun."
