Jim Gaffigan, RV Show Top Pittsburgh Weekend Events
Who says January has to be boring? Here are the weekend's top arts and entertainment options around Pittsburgh.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Four-time Grammy-nominated comedian, actor, writer, producer, two-time New York Times bestselling author, Jim Gaffigan brings his Pale Tourist tour to Pittsburgh this weekend.
Gaffigan is known for his unique brand of clean humor, which largely revolves around his observations on life. He is one of only 10 comedians in history to sell out Madison Square Garden arena and he performed for over one million people at the Festival of Families during Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia in 2015.
There will be slightly fewer in attendance when he performs Jan. 10 at 8 p.m. at PPG Paints Arena.

All aboard! Locomotion Weekend will bring a rail yard full of guest train displays by local hobbyists. Bring your own model trains for a free checkup at the "Loco Doctor" table, which includes basic repairs, cleaning, and oiling. Engineers of all ages will love the operating train layouts and special hands-on activities; the event is free with regular science center admission.
- New York Bee Gees, Jan. 11, 8 p.m., Palace Theater, Greensburg
The NY Bee Gees Tribute Show presents the most extravagant Bee Gees show a fan can experience. The evening will include a stunning production of Bee Gees songs from every decade. Relive the 70’s disco music from “Stayin’ Alive,” to “Night Fever,” hile embracing the early hits,such as “To Love Somebody,” and “I’ve Got To Get A Message To You.”
