Juniper Village at South Hills Announces Amanda Maleski Selected for Juniper Communities’ LEVEL UP! Academy

[Pittsburgh, PA] - Juniper Village at South Hills is proud to announce that Amanda Maleski, Dining Director, has been selected to participate in Juniper Communities’ LEVEL UP! Academy, a two-year leadership development program designed to support high-performing associates as they grow into future leadership roles within the organization.

Launched in 2024, LEVEL UP! Academy brings together associates from across Juniper Communities for immersive learning, mentorship, and hands-on leadership development. Participants are nominated by community and executive leadership based on performance, commitment, and potential.

As a member of the Juniper Village at South Hills team, Amanda plays an important role in supporting resident well-being and community culture. Through her work in the dining department, she contributes to an environment rooted in connection, collaboration, and purpose. Amanda’s selection for the program recognizes her dedication to residents and potential for continued leadership growth.
