KDKA-TV Hires New Meteorologist

PITTSBURGH, PA — KDKA-TV has hired a new meteorologist. Falicia Woody, who previously worked at WKBN in Youngstown, made the announcement via social media.

"I’ve actually been living in Pittsburgh this whole time and commuting to Youngstown to give y’all the weather on weekends," Woody stated. "But it has been my dream to get here, and now I’ve finally accomplished it."

Woody, an Atlanta native, will join the KDKA weather forecasting team of Ray Petelin, Mary Ours, Kristin Emery and Ron Smiley.
