WEST MIFFLIN, PA — Kennywood wasted no time unpacking its new thrill ride Spinvasion, which arrived at the park via truck on Thursday.

Park crews are unloading the unique single-rider spacecraft, its motors, and more onto the construction site. Over the next several weeks, the ride will be built from the ground up.

Park guests can watch the progress in person, starting April 22— which is opening day for the 2023 season. The ride tentatively is expected to debut over the Memorial Day weekend.
