PITTSBURGH, PA - Phantom Fright Nights return to Kennywood this weekend, and the West Mifflin amusement park has added several new offerings to an event that has been nationally recognized by USA Today and Amusement Today.

Phantom Fright Nights will debut a new haunt, new 4D movie and also have its newest coaster, the Steel Curtain, in operation. You can see them on Fridays and Saturdays from Sept. 27 through Oct. 26 (6 p.m. to midnight) and Sundays in October (6 p.m. to 11 p.m.).

The new haunt is Shady Grove Memorial Hospital, where a homicidal doctor is stalking the patients and staff. The hospital joins eight other haunts and scare zones, as well as an escape room and "IT: The 4D Experience" - a feature short based on the 2017 remake of Stephen King's classic novel.
