Liberty Bridge Traffic Restrictions Coming

PITTSBURGH, PA - They won't last as long as some of the restrictions that were in place when the Liberty Bridge recently was overhauled, but lane restrictions will occur next week as PennDOT performs inspection activities.

The restrictions, which will occur April 8 through April 13, will be as follows:

• Single-lane restriction outbound (southbound) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Single-lane restriction inbound (northbound) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Motorists are advised to use caution and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area.
