Man Stabbed In Pittsburgh-Area Supermarket
A fight inside the store led to the stabbing, police said.
WILKINS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was stabbed multiple times during a fight Wednesday evening at the Shop 'n Save on William Penn Highway.
Allegheny County 911 was notified about the incident at around 7:55 p.m.
The Allegheny County Police Department's Homicide Unit responded to a request for assistance in Wilkins Township. Allegheny County Police said first responders found the 42-year-old man with multiple stab wounds.

The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Wilkins police took the suspect, a 41-year-old man, into custody. Police said he and the victim are acquaintances and were fighting inside the store.

County police said homicide detectives will consult with the District Attorney’s Office regarding charges.
