More Snow Heading To Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA — After this the morning's snow exits, another quick-hitting system will provide a
round of fresh accumulation tonight into Wednesday morning for the Pittsburgh area.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued northeast of the city and along the ridges for two to five inches of new snow, with more possibly occurring on the highest ridges.

The Pittsburgh area could see up to two inches, according to the weather service. The snow will begin this evening and last until 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

The impact from the snowstorm will be short-lived, as the weather service predicts a high temperature of 48 degrees on Wednesday.
