PITTSBURGH, PA — Someone in the Pittsburgh area made the correct decision by recently playing the Pennsylvania Lottery.
A $3 million-winning 3s a Charm scratch-off ticket was sold at the Welmart convenience store on Alter Road in Harrison. The store will receive a $10,000 award for selling the winning award.
The scratch-off game's top prize is $3 million, and a ticket costs $30.
