PITTSBURGH, PA - Friday is National Pizza Day, a day to celebrate and reflect on the chewy, cheesy goodness of a perfectly baked pie. It’s also a day in which you can grab some great deals on pizza.
Here are some Patch found on offers.com. Before going to one of the restaurants, call ahead to ensure the coupons and deals are valid at your local establishment. Promotions an vary based on location and franchise.
- Baskin Robbins: Yes, Baskin Robbins doesn’t sell pizza. But it will offer free samples of its new Sweetheart Polar Pizza ice cream treat from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at participating locations nationwide. Sweetheart Polar Pizza is made with a double-fudge brownie crust topped with Love Potion #31 ice cream, fudge brownie pieces, marshmallow topping and festive hears.
- Blaze Pizza: Offering a free fountain drink to patron with the purchase of any pizza on National Pizza Day. There’s also a buy one, get one deal on the website.
- California Pizza Kitchen: Try the new cauliflower crust for no additional charge through Friday. After that, there will be a $2.50 upcharge.
- Chuck E. Cheese: Consistently updates its printable pizza coupons. You can find them here based on your location. Among the current specials: $2 off any large pizza and a package of one medium one-topping pizza, two soft drinks and 25 Play Points for $21.99.
- Domino’s Choose two or more items from a select menu for $5.99 each. The deal includes medium two-topping pizzas. Medium 2-topping handmade pan pizzas are $8.99. Get one large three-topping pizza for $7.99.
- Olive Garden: Not strictly a pizza place, but the Italian restaurant is offering its new meatball pizza bowl for $8.99.
- Papa John’s: Now through March 5th, get a large or pan crust dual layer pepperoni pizza for $10.
- Pizza Hut: Offering multiple deals on its website, including an online-only special for a $7.99 large two-topping pizza.
- Whole Foods: Large "Take & Bake" pizzas will be on sale for $9.99 Friday while supplies last.
