New Cirque Du Soleil Show Coming To Pittsburgh In January

PITTSBURGH, PA - A new Cirque du Soliel show is coming to Pittsburgh and this one has a unique twist: It will be the first where the performers will be on skates.

“Crystal” will employ both world-class skaters and acrobats when it arrives at PPG Paints Arena for seven shows Jan. 17-21. According to a release, the performance revolves “a young woman (who) shatters through reality to reach the surreal world of possibility. Beyond the surface, she pursues the life that has been glistening beneath.”

Tickets for the Pittsburgh performances will go on sale for Cirque Club members Sept. 18 at www.cirquedusoleil.com/crystal. General ticket sales begin September 22.
