New North Shore Complex, Century III Mall Fire & More: Weekly Wrap

PITTSBURGH, PA — Plans are afoot for the last significant remaining undeveloped property on the North Shore.

The Pirates have selected HiLife Hospitality to develop and operate a new experiential restaurant
and bar and a large outdoor plaza, both directly across the street from PNC Park.

HiLife, which operates the successful local Burgatory and Shorty's chains, is promising an "eatertainment" concept on the first floor of a new six-story mixed use building at the corner of Mazeroski way and West General Robinson Street.
