New Steelers Season To Feature New Heinz Field Munchies
Food and drink ordering also will be available via the Steelers mobile app.
PITTSBURGH, PA — When fans fill Heinz Stadium for the Steelers home opener against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sept. 19, they'll have several new snacks to devour while rooting the team on to victory.
Aramark, which handles food concessions at the stadium, is introducing new food and beverage options as well as enhanced ordering methods.
Among the new stomach-pleasing choices:

- Buffalo cauliflower tacos: three tortilla shells filled with buffalo cauliflower, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and cilantro lime crema.
- Pretzel fries: cooked pretzel fries with a side of buffalo chicken dip, topped with onion, celery, tomato, and ranch dressing.
- Tenders, love and chicken signature chicken sandwich: country-style fried chicken cutlet, thick-cut apple smoked bacon,Vermont cheddar, Roma tomatoes, leaf lettuce, house pickle, and herbremoulade on a butter toasted sesame-seed potato bun.
Fans also will be able to keep warm when the weather turns colder by sampling the Steel City Sack, a new specialty cocktail consisting of vodka, lemonade and golden turmeric served in souvenir pints.
Fans will be able to mobile order and pay via QR codes or within the Steelers mobile app and pick up their items at select general concession locations. Aramark also is introducing the Caper Counter, a self-checkout device that can be found in the Great Hall and in the new Heinz Field Drink Mkt.
