Old Kennywood Log Jammer Car Up For Auction
The vehicle from the beloved log flume ride is being sold to the highest bidder to benefit a charity.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Care to own a piece of Pittsburgh history and also benefit a charitable cause? Then you might want to bid on a car for Kennywood's legendary Log Jammer ride.
The car is being auctioned on eBay to benefit Give Kids The World, an 84-acre nonprofit resort in Florida that provides cost-free vacations to children battling life-threatening illnesses.
The eBay page cautions that the vehicle is used and will have to be picked up at Kennywood and that there will be no refund on a sale.

As of Thursday morning, the bidding was up to $3,550. The auction ends on Aug. 16.
The Log Jammer closed in 2017. The space now is occupied by the Steel Curtain, Pennsylvania's tallest roller coaster.
