Parkway East Lanes Closed Due To Downed Tree
Workers are attempting to clear the tree from the road as the afternoon rush hour begins.
UPDATE, 3:50 p.m.: One lane of the inbound parkway is now open to traffic.
EDGEWOOD, PA — Due to a downed tree, all lanes of the inbound Parkway East near Brinton Road between the Wilkinsburg and Edgewood-Swissvale interchanges are closed. Crews are on the scene to conduct tree removal work. Currently, two lanes are open in the outbound direction.
