Parkway North Perrysville Ave. On-Ramp Reopens

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - After five months of patience-trying closure, the Perrysville Avenue on-ramp to the Parkway North in Ross has reopened to traffic. Carrying traffic from Cemetery Lane at the Perrysville Avenue interchange to northbound I-279, the ramp closed April 13 due to ramp and mainline I-279 reconstruction.

The traffic headaches around that area aren’t entirely over, however, Additional overnight closures will occur to repave the ramp, but PennDOT has promised to provide details on the closures before the work occurs.

The work is part of the ongoing $88 million Parkway North improvement program.
