PENNSYLVANIA — With the start of the new school year looming, College Magazine has released a list of what it considers to be the top 10 colleges and universities in Pennsylvania. On the list are both small-town schools and the state's three largest universities.

College Magazine said the rankings are based on academics, student life, notable alumni, location and life after graduation. You can read the reasons for the rankings here.
