Pittsburgh 2023 Veterans Day Dining Deals

PITTSBURGH, PA — Veteran's Day is quickly approaching and there are plenty of Pittsburgh-area restaurants offering dining deals to those who served and active military personnel.

For most of these eateries, a military ID will be necessary to get the deals. According to Military.com, here is a list of participating restaurants in Western Pennsylvania:

• Applebee's: Veterans and active-duty military can order free meals from a special menu of seven items for dine-in on Nov. 11.

• Bob Evans: Veterans and active-duty military get a free dine-in meal from a select menu on Nov. 11.

• Bonefish Grill: Will offer a complimentary order of the restaurant’s Bang Bang Shrimp and soft drink to active service members, veterans and first responders with valid ID on Nov. 11. Year-round, Bonefish Grill offers a 10 percent Heroes Discount to service members, veterans and first responders.

• Chili's: Veterans and active-duty service members get a free dine-in meal from a select menu on Nov. 11 with proof of service.

• Eat'n Park: Offering all active and former military personnel and their families a 10 percent discount on their entire check during the entire month of November. Additionally, on Nov. 11, all active and former military personnel will also receive a free smiley cookie with their meal in addition to the 10 percent discount.

• Golden Corral: Will host its yearly free "thank you" dinner on Military Appreciation Night on Monday, Nov. 13 from 5 p.m. to close.

• Hoss's: Veterans and active-duty military members receive a 20 percent discount on their dine-in meal and drink on Nov. 11. In addition, they will get a off $40 voucher to use on their next visit through Nov. 30.

• Red Lobster: Giving away printed meal vouchers for Veterans Shrimp & Chips—featuring hand-breaded, butterflied and lightly fried shrimp, served with cocktail sauce, as well as crispy fries and coleslaw from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The voucher can be redeemed through Dec. 10 for dine-in only.

• Red Robin: Veterans and active-duty military members can get a complimentary Red's Big Tavern Burger and endless supply of steak fries on Nov. 11 with a valid ID.

• Starbucks: Offering a free tall (12-ounce) hot or cold brewed coffee for veterans, military service members and military spouses who visit participating stores on Nov. 11.
