PITTSBURGH, PA — Sheetz has been named a finalist for “Best Gas Station for Food” in USA Today’s 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards, putting its Made-to-Order menu in the national spotlight.
Sheetz is going head-to-head with major brands like Buc-ee’s, 7-Eleven, Casey’s and QuikTrip in coast-to-coast showdowns of convenience cuisine.
Now, it’s up to Pennsylvania residents to bring the win home. Residents can vote for their favorite brand once per day from now until Monday, May 4 using the following link.

Sheetz serves more than 1.5 million customers every day, more than all Disney Parks combined. Hot dogs remain Sheetz’s most popular menu item.
In a single year, Sheetz sells 200 million Made-to-Order food items; enough peanut butter & jelly sandwiches to stretch 225 miles; enough single-serve sodas to fill 13 Olympic-sized swimming pools and enough energy drinks to stretch from the U.S. to The Bahamas, more than 4.5 times over.

That's a lot of energy drinks, but consider the chain's other beverage options. They include more than 500 bottled beverages in the cooler; 32 flavors at Sheetz Fizz fountain and drink machines; 43 coffee options and 14 frozen drink varieties and flavors.
An average Sheetz store carries approximately 60 meat snacks from 10 different companies.
