The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the Shop 'n Save on Fifth Avenue in McKeesport for numerous health violations.

Chewed and gnawed products were accompanied by fresh droppings. Twenty different items were found to have been eaten, including tortillas, cookies, nuts, and bread. Some packaging had been entirely eaten and only had droppings left inside.
