Pittsburgh-Area High School Students Solicited For Nude Photos
Female students are being approached by an unknown male Snapchat user.
NORTH HUNTINGDON, PA - Someone is using the Snapchat app to solicit nude photos from female Norwin High School students. Superintendent Jeff Taylor said in a letter to parents that the unknown man is offering to pay for the explicit photos.
Taylor is advising parents to discuss digital safety with their children, as well as cautioning them against sending explicit pictures via text or social media.
Anyone with information about the solicitations is asked to call North Huntingdon Police at 724-863-8800.
