MT. LEBANON, PA — The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon, a popular South Hills shopping and dining spot for decades, soon could be sold.

The mall has been listed on the commercial real estate site Crexi.com. The Pittsburgh Business Times first reported the news.

According to the Crexi listing, the building originally served as a Kaufmann's department store and was been transformed over the years with renovations in 1988 and 2003.

"Today, the Property is 85.7 percent leased leased with a strong and diverse tenant base," the listing stated. "The tenant roster features national brands including Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Williams Sonoma and more."

The listing also notes there is an AMC movie theater one mile north of the Galleria at South Hills Village mall that is operated by the same general manager and operates in unison with the Galleria location.
