PITTSBURGH, PA — A Pittsburgh=area restaurant was found out of compliance with numerous state health regulations during a recent inspection.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture found 12 violations at the Big Shot Bob's location in Cranberry.
Among the findings in the April 6 inspection:

- Mouse droppings were found in the condensing unit behind the kitchen stand-up freezer.
- A package of salami was found stored in a container with raw meat droppings.
- A food cutting board was not clean to sight and touch.
- A knife rack was soiled with old food and debris.
The eatery remains open.
