Pittsburgh-Area Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault

A Pittsburgh-area high school teacher was arrested after allegedly having inappropriate contact with a student.

MT. LEBANON, PA — A Seton LaSalle Catholic High School substitute teacher is facing criminal charges in connection with inappropriate contact with student.

Damon Gall, 24, of Canonsburg, Washington County, has been charged with felony institutional sexual assault, corruption of mindor and indecent assault.

According to Mt. Lebanon police, the department received a ChildLine report from a mandated reporter on Wednesday that said that Gall had "unwanted and inappropriate" contact with a
student.

Further details of the teacher's alleged conduct were not immediately available on Friday.

Authorities said Gall previously worked in the Ringgold School District in Washington County. The Washington County District Attorney’s Office was notified, police said.
