Pittsburgh Area Weekend Weather: Clear Skies, Cool Temps On Saturday and Sunday
There's no better time to get outdoors and enjoy the summer sunshine.
PITTSBURGH, PA — The days are getting shorter and kids are heading back to school, so this weekend offers one last chance this year to get outside and enjoy the warmth of summer. As the National Weather Service put it on Friday: "A wonderful weekend for outdoor activities with below normal temperatures and comfortable humidity."
The National Weather Service forecast:
- Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 76. Calm wind becoming northeast around 5 mph.
- Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 54. Light northeast wind.
- Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 77. East wind 3 to 6 mph.
- Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 60.
The trend continues Monday - partly sunny, with a high near 78.
