PITTSBURGH, PA — An attorney was taken into custody Wednesday for partially disrobing tn the Allegheny County Courts family division complex. Jeffrey Pollock, 59, of Squirrel Hill was charged with disorderly conduct, according to the county sheriff's office.

Pollock kept setting off the magnetometers at the complex as he arrived for a hearing around 1 p.m. According to the sheriff's office, Pollock explained that his suspenders were causing the alerts.

When building guards instructed him to continue walking through the magnetometer until the alerts stopped, Pollock had what the sheriff's office described as a "heated discussion" with them. He then "unhooked his suspenders, dropped his drawers, took them off and placed them in the bin to go through the metal detector," a sheriff's office release stated.
