PITTSBURGH, PA — The man behind the familiar "Power of Boswer" commercials and the person responsible for one of Western Pennsylvania's largest auto dealerships has died.
Gary Bowser, 81, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, died on Saturday.
He was 81.

Bowser acquired Al Schwartz Pontiac Subaru in 1983 and grew the company from a modest 30-employee enterprise to a dealership with more than 450 workers.
