Pittsburgh Cultural District Getting New Rooftop Lounge
Find out here where Downtown Pittsburgh's latest rooftop lounge will be located.
PITTSBURGH, PA - The redevelopment of a historic building in the Downtown Cultural District will include the addition of a lounge and deck on the roof. The lounge will be located at 915 Liberty Avenue, which most recently housed Specialty Lounge for more than 40 years and currently is vacant.
Day3Design and Desmone Architects will brief the city planning commission Tuesday on the Maginn Lofts project that will have street-level retail space, eight floors of condominiums and the lounge.
It's unclear when the lounge will open. It will be located barely a block from a Penn Avenue rooftop bar, Il Tetto.
