Pittsburgh Faces Potentially Hazardous Wind Gusts: Weather Service
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Western Pennsylvania.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Secure those trash cans outdoors. The National Weather Service has issued a wins advisory for Western Pennsylvania from 11 a.m. Thursday until 7 a.m. on Friday.
Expect wind gusts as high as 50 mph.
Wind that strong could take down tree limbs and cause power outages. Driving difficulties could occur, especially for high profile vehicles.
