Pittsburgh Has One Of The Nation's Worst Pest Problems: Study
Pittsburgh has the dubious distinction of being ranked among the nation's "buggiest" cities, according to a new analysis.
PITTSBURGH, PA — This news probably is going to bug most people, but the city ranks among the nation's worst when it comes to outdoor pest problems.
The city was rated the country's 10th "buggiest" city by TruGreen, a national lawn care company. The study, which used data compiled between January and December 2022, ranks the top metropolitan areas most impacted by mosquitoes, fleas and ticks.
Unfortunately, TruGreen is predicting that those pests could be particularly problematic this year.

"This could potentially mean a buggier spring and summer for us all."
