Pittsburgh Man Ran Over Neighbor With Car Following Argument: Police
A man faces a litany of criminal charges after allegedly striking his neighbor with his car.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A Pittsburgh man was arrested Monday after allegedly hitting his neighbor with his car following an argument.
Kevin Garth, 53, was taken into custody following the incident Monday in the 4300 block of Bristol Street in Hazelwood.
Officers responding for a vehicle versus pedestrian report spoke with the victim, who told them Garth ran over him with his vehicle twice after they argued over a woman.

The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police found Garth at his home and took him into custody. Among the charges he faces are aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death or personal injury, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, failing to stop and render aid and harassment.

Garth is being held without bond in the Allegheny County Jail. He faces an Oct. 5 preliminary hearing.
