Pittsburgh Police Vehicle Strikes Fleeing Suspect
The suspect and three other men were attempting to flee the BP gas station on Route 51.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A person in a vehicle police were pursuing in a homicide investigation was struck and injured by a city police car on Monday.
The suspect was struck at the BP gas station on Route 51. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Three other males in the vehicle attempted to flee but were apprehended at the scene. One of the suspects was examined for a potential lower body injury.
